Creating a Trusted Referral Network
We will establish and maintain a vetted directory of licensed, independent psychologists, neuropsychologists, developmental pediatricians, and other qualified professionals specializing in autism assessments. Our members will have exclusive access to this network, which will make it easy to connect with trustworthy assessment providers who meet ethical and professional standards.
Providing Education on Legal and Ethical Assessment Practices
We will host webinars, workshops, and informational sessions to educate ABA providers, parents, and stakeholders on the importance of independent assessments. These events will highlight the risks associated with in-house assessments and emphasize how independent evaluations lead to more accurate diagnoses and better treatment outcomes.
Building Collaborative Relationships
Our association will actively work to foster partnerships between ABA therapy providers and independent assessment professionals through networking events, conferences, and collaboration forums.
